Marlton Equestrian does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any riders, horses, owners, grooms, spectators, vehicles and their contents or any other person or property, whether it is caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
Riding is a recognised risk sport and horses can be unpredictable. Riders, trainers and coaches are using the facilities at their own risk and Marlton Equestrian will not be held liable for any accident, injury or loss, howsoever caused.
When hiring an arena and /or riding at Marlton Equestrian the rider accepts that they (or in the case of a minor a responsible adult over the age of 18) have inspected the facilities and are satisfied that the condition of the arenas and the jumps do not pose any safety risk whatsoever. Any damages must be reported to the management of Marlton Equestrian and defective material must not be used.
Riders, trainers and coaches must have their own public liability insurance to the value of €2.6m.
Helmets to current HSI safety standards must be worn at all times when mounted, body protectors and airvests are recommended.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
